You guys all know you will be able to buy all these reits for half the price they are now in a few months when the market inevitably tanks right? I sold all mine (and i had a ton) last month before this drop. The market is setting all time highs every day as the fed prints trillions of dollars and want to lock shit down again cause of bs covid. Market is so bloated and overextended. Writing is on the wall.

Get puts for 2022 on the spy/qqq, buy amc/gme and buy a ton of crypto before alt season. Then in 6 months, when you 20x your money, buy everything you want for half price and live off 200k in dividends.
