$NEWA FYI I spoke in investor relations at Newater, who said their agent has already been paid in order to buy out NASDAQ shareholders ($3.65 per share). TD Ameritrade said the delivering agent is still finalizing things with the DTC. So that's where things stand now. Hopefully will be very soon, but no one can give me a date.

Irritating to have the capital tied up and not working right now, so I'm really hoping it will be over the next couple of days, but who knows. If anyone else has any more info, please post. Thanks.
