$SECO except NFH's definitive agreement, another proof that nothing has changed for the go private Chinese stocks, is that $OSN announced recently the special shareholders meeting to approve the privatization.
OSN will pay $5.05 per ADS (initial price was offered was $5.00, final price $5.10, fees per ADS $0.05). So us who have sold a few cents below $5 with the definitive agreement announcement we did well I guess.
It doesn't worth to wait 8-10 months for a additional 4-5% imo.
