$OTRK I know everyone think earning was great, BUT that's with Aetna. You won't get any institutional backing until those numbers are weeded out and the REAL revenue numbers are revealed. OTRK has A LOT to prove without Aetna. Cigna is a huge concentration and if they pull out it's game over, hence no real buying yet.
