Brazil's Infracommerce launches share offering to raise up to $83 mlnBrazilian e-commerce platform Infracommerce has filed for a follow-on share offering as it aims to raise money to balance its capital structure and pay for acquisitions, it said in a securities filing on Thursday. The offering will initially comprise 187.5 million new common shares but may be increased by up to 33.33% if demand allows it, Infracommerce said, adding that at its Wednesday closing price of 1.63 real per share that would total as much as 407.5 million reais ($83.42 million).
