$ARVL MARKET MOVES IN CYCLES

Back in March, we had the SPAC Crash where most SPAC prices fell significantly. In Arrival's case, it reached $12.6 and bounced back to $20 range in April. Same price action happened for other SPACs

In June/July a new narrative. DE-SPAC companies overvalued with dilution from insider/PIPE lockup expiry and warrants redepemption. Also broad market is taking on a "Risk-Off" approach by buying into big tech.

Nobody can predict where the bottom is, but I am pretty confident this is just a typical market cycle. The time will come again when market will favour DE-SPAC companies. In the meantime, we're gonna continue getting beaten up by short-sellers and market makers who are taking advantage of this situation.

This is the hardest part of investing so don't lose hope and be in it for the long ride. Also be up-to-date with the companies performance to enforce your beliefs in the company's thesis and minimise your risks.
