Just reread latest 10Q with a fine-toothed comb. I also compared it to previous 10Q in May. In most recent 10Q, MGT does not mention one time, the possibility of reacquiring Pulmazole for 25% of its Fair Market Value, while in previous 10Q, it states that phrase 5 times. Also, noticed them mentioning how arbitration would be very costly and risky, as their could be counterclaims by Cipla and this could go on forever and prevailing party would have to pay other party's legal fees. Most logical conclusion here is a negotiated settlement. Most likely, Pulm will have to cave in some and amend the agreement. This will be the cheapest and quickest way to get back on track.
