Shareholders call was earlier today and the merger vote was approved 100%. ( no take backs) 😂
There were 1 of 5 other proposals of which one was rejected, it does not affect merger in any way and will revote on this 1 item on Thursday.
The meeting will reconvene on Thursday were everything will become official, press release etc... remember 4 WD after that, the ticker will update!!! 💰
And we get to ride this baby up before the big pop 😉
