The percentage of trading volume performed in dark pools is positively correlated with short interest. Naked shorting. Through transitional institutional investors like a citadel, Short seller's profit substantially from their information as subsequent returns are lower for heavily shorted stocks with greater dark pool volume. As you can see SNDL Dark pool hovering between 70% to 80% most of the time .
