$SPCE On this Sunday I’ll remind everyone that space doesn’t have the same significance to everyone. For many like myself, space holds a place similar to what many in the world have reserved for their religion— there is nothing more important. Elon is likely the most prominent figure who has these beliefs but there are many of us. Around the world religious groups take in TONS of money from their followers regularly who give gladly because they believe in something, even though they have never seen it. This new space travel industry, to people like me, is like offering a person who has held a lifelong religious belief an opportunity to finally see what they have never seen. To experience the once unimaginable and to confirm a sort of faith. If you’re not one of those people, you may not understand why we’d pay so much for this opportunity. That’s fine. Just like I’ll never quite understand what others choose to believe in. If you’re on team space, hold strong: this is our moment!
