$TACT Why would we have to go to the well once again? How come we didn't return to at least BE?
And most of all why did we price an offering OVER $1 below the last close?
We should be back to profitability but by the lost in the last quarter it seems our costs far exceed revenue now and I do not see any end in sight except to keep on having public offerings.
I am very disappointed with this stock. By now we were suppose to have very little debt and a big tax windfall this year because of the Covid law where you can go back to your best year and take the FY 2020 loses against it getting a huge tax credit. What happened to that? It was mentioned in 9/2020 cc.
Maybe if they would email me back when I had a question, or call me back from IR i would have more faith in the company but all went unanswered for the last year and I did call numerous times leaving messages with very simple questions.
Very disappointed as I was excited about this company for a long time.
