$BRQS Oh yeah this is what is happening. Micheal Wachs the convicted felon who runs ESOUSA Holdings now was sued in NY courts IN 2017 for buying a stake in $TREC when he was the CEO and owner of Crede Holdings. They had a deal with TREC to buy 9.9 % of that company. After the deal went through because Crete and Micheal Wachs deal was for warrants that could be converted to shares. And they sure did and sold and ran the price down from $1.06 to .56 cents. Wow how is this guy still involved with institutions after already being in jail for fraud at Chase Manhattan bank for 15 million dollars.
