$UWMC as housing prices rise the race to get a home before rates get out of hand is going to cause origination volume to 🚀 and RKT will suffer engine failure with no mechanic (refinancing) to help make the repair. While RKT can still idle with a rev limit half caulked, UWMC will pave the way to space before it takes a loop back around to fix their gigantic holes in the mortgage sector. Does that mean UWMC obtains RKT mortgage? I make the claim it makes way more since than vise versa. We have the technology and market share that will cause RKT some major problems to the point where this source of their revenue is going to continue leaking and unless their other revenue sources can compensate for that leak it is logical mr Gilbert would sell that sector of RKT companies at a premium rather than wait and let the value decay. Retail will pour in flocks to wholesale knowing we are fucking hard! Maybe we can lend a hand and you can insure our parking lot bahaha Don’t compare the two!
