The company offers cement products, natural stone aggregates, crushed aggregates, and ready-mixed concrete for use in the construction of tunnels, bridges, office buildings, and schools.

In the year ended on December 31, 2023, HDELY reported a operating revenue of €21.31 billion ($23.15 billion).
