HOUSTON (AP) _ Coterra Energy Inc. (CTRA) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $939 million. The Houston-based company said it had profit of $1.16 per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 83 cents per share. The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of 22 analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $1.01 per share. The independent oil and gas company posted revenue of $2.23 billion in the period, which beat Street forecasts.
