(the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will redeem on September 15, 2021 (the "Series C Redemption Date") all 2,300,000 shares of its Fixed-to-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C (the "Series C Preferred Stock").
