SORRY OSHKOSH THIS ONE IS GETTING TURNED AROUND. NOW WHY THE HELL IS THIS STOCK NOT AT $40 LIKE IT WAS RIGHT BEFORE THE CONTRACT ANNOUNCEMENT CONSIDERING THIS IS PROOF THEY GOT THIS CONTRACT.
