$SPG Yes it is sideways for the last 3 months but that is after it went up 100% over the last 6 months ahaha. Need some time for consolidation to make support and a base before move up. I will gladly take my dividends while this gathers steam for the next move up. Price target is at least 135$ by end of the year with an increase in dividend by end of the year as well

$SPG I know it seems so sad with the J&J setback. But keep in mind Britain is set to reach herd immunity this weekend because they were smart and did everyone 1 shot with Phiser before offering the 2nd shot. Some folks want this Covid19 thing to last forever. But the truth is it's almost over even without J&J. So panic and sell if you must. But remember the stock market is a tool for transferring wealth from the impatient to the patient.
