On August 13, 2021, San Diego Gas & Electric Company (the "Company"), an indirect subsidiary of Sempra Energy, closed its previously announced public offering and sale of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 2.950% Green First Mortgage Bonds, Series WWW, due 2051 (the "Bonds") with proceeds to the Company (after deducting the underwriting discount but before the Company's other expenses estimated at approximately $2,000,000) of 98.493% of the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds.
