STAG Industrial, Inc. (NYSE:STAG) today announced the completion of three NJ community solar projects hosted on its rooftops. The 2.7 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity are part of New Jersey's community solar program that provides low-cost renewable energy to local residents. The projects were built in the second year of the New Jersey Community Solar Pilot Program, and at least 50% of the offtake will go to low- and moderate-income residents who will receive a discount on their electricity.
