$SACH I have been doing research on South West Florida real estate markets (Where SACH is operating) and still is off the charts with prices, length of time on market, people moving there. Just with SACH's presence there alone I expect the ER to be a grand slam. The vast majority of homes there are older, horribly outdated homes, who are just begging to be rehabbed and flipped. I hope they go balls deep into that market. And also with new home builds if there are smaller companies who want to start buying up all the cheap lots and building new homes. The sky is the limit down there.
