(the "Company") entered into a Loan and Security Agreement (the "Loan Agreement") with Silicon Valley Bank., a California corporation ("SVB").Upon entry into the Loan Agreement (the "Effective Date") the Company borrowed $35.0 million pursuant to a term loan (the "SVB Term Loan").
