The investment seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that track the Solactive Two Bucks Index. The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its assets in the securities that comprise the index. The index is an equal-weighted index provided by Solactive AG that is designed to measure the performance of U.S.-listed securities with relatively low trading prices. The fund will concentrate its investment in a particular industry or group of industries to approximately the same extent as the index is so concentrated. It is non-diversified.
